Ingredients:
1 Medium Squash 3/4 Cup Cracker crumbs 1/4 Cup Melted butter 1
Small Onion, chopped fine 1 Can Cream of chicken soup 2 Eggs, well
beaten . Dice and cook squash in boiling water until tender. Drain
off water and mash. Add butter and crumbs, onions, eggs and soup. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees fro 30 minutes. It is done when a knife is
inserted and comes out clean.
