Spinach Cheese Casserole

This spinach cheese casserole can also be served cold

4 to 6 servings Ingredients: 1 10 ounch package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeesed dry 8 ounces grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese 6 eggs, lightly beaten 2 slices day-old bread (crysts trimmed), torn into pieces 4 teaspoons grated onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg sour cream for garnish Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degres F.  Butter 8-inch pie plate.  Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large bowl.  Turn into pie plate.  Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.  Let cool slightly.  Slice wedges.  Garnish each serving with dollop of sour cream.
