Spinach Cheese Pie
Spinach loaf a la Bernoise goes well wit roats or sauteed chicken or veal.

Ingredients
Directions Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly (do not cook). Combine spinach with rest of ingredients and mix well. Turn mixture into pie crust shell and bake in preheated oven 350ºF for 30 minutes or until set in the center. Serve hot or cold. Diced ham, or crumbled cooked sausage may be added to spinach. |
