Mushroom Mustard Kale
Kale like mustard greens have a strong, tangy flavor.

4 to 5 servings Ingredients:
Directions: Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute until softened. Stir in mushrooms and garlic and saute 2 to 3 minutes more. Reduce heat to low, mix in kale and cook covered about 15 minutes, or until kale is tender, stirring frequently. If it is necessary, add a few tablespoons water so vegetables do not burn. A few minutes before kale is cooked through, add mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. |
