Broccoli Bacon Quiche

4 slices of bacon
4 eggs
1 cup of half
& half milk
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
2 cups of
broccoli flowerets
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of garlic
powder
1/8 teaspoon of lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook bacon until crisp; set aside. Beat eggs with cream and cheese.
Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble
bacon. Stir 1/2 of bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9"
pie plate. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife
inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Top with
remaining bacon.
Broccoli Bacon Quiche #2
9 inch pie
crust
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 cup of
evaporated milk
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of chopped
onion
2 tablespoons of bacon bits
1 package of frozen broccoli
pieces with cheese
Partially cook the pie crust. Cook the
frozen broccoli and pour into crust. Sprinkle with the grated Swiss
cheese. Mix together 4 eggs and the evaporated milk. Add salt,
onion, and bacon bits. Pour into pie crust, covering the broccoli.
Bake in a 375ºF. oven for 30 to 40
minutes.
Broccoli Bacon Quiche #3
1 pound of
bacon
3/4 cup of chopped, cooked broccoli, drained
1/2 cup of
shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon
of minced onion
1/2 teaspoon of oregano leaves
One 9 inch
baked pie shell
Sprinkle bacon, broccoli and cheese into pie
shell. Beat together the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375ºF. for 30-40 minutes or until knife
inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before
serving. Serves 6.

4 eggs,
beaten
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 package of frozen
broccoli
2 cups of grated cheese (mild Colby)
1/4-1/3 cup of
milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Brown bacon, crumble and mix in all
remaining ingredients. Bake in a deep fish for 40-45 minutes, until
lightly browned.
