Tropical Punch

Ingredients

  •  1  46 ounce can red fruit punch
  • 1  6 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1   6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups canned pineapple juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Ice
  • 1  28 ounce botle of ginger ale, chilled
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except ice and ginger ale.  Place in a large punch bowl; pour fruit punch mixture over ice.  CArefully pour in ginger ale, stirring to mix.  Garnish with fruit or ice ring if desired.  (see below for instruction on making the ice ring.)

How to make ice ring for punch:

  • Lemon slices
  • Lime slices
  • Cherries
  • Mint Leaves

1.  Arrange citrus slices, mint leaves and cherries in an atractive design in ring mold.

2.  Pour water into mold to partially cover fruit; freeze.  When frizeb, add water to fill 3/4 full.  Freeze.

3.  To unmold, quickly dip into warm water that comes just to rim of the  mold.

4.  Center the plate on top of nold; invert and remove mold.

Note: Ginger ale may be subsituted for water.

Serves 4
