Great low cost Summer Treat!!
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 (1/4-inch thick) slice of gingerroot
Directions
In a 1-quart saucepan, combine water, sugar, and ginger. Boil
until sugar dissolves. Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and
refrigerate up to 2 months. Makes 1 pint. |
