Ingredients
3 cups water 1-1/2 cups sugar 6 cups fresh (or frozen) strawberries 1/2 cup lemon juice Directions
Heat water and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved; let cool
then chill. Puree berries in blender or food processor; combine with
water-sugar mixture. Add lemon juice. Serve over ice.
Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
