Lima Beans & Bacon |

Ingredients: Directions: In 10 inch skillet, medium-low heat, cook bacon until browned. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings from skillet. Add celery, frozen lima beans, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add water; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon after spooning into warm bowl. 4 servings. |
