Ingredients

  • 12 slices Pre-Cooked Bacon, heated according to package directions and diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2” cubes

  • 2 cups milk or half-and-half
  • 4 cups cream style corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
