Oven-Roasted Potatoes








Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, quartered or cut into large chunks
  • 1/3 cupt vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degress F.  Rub prepared potatoes with vegetable oil.  In a large bag, combine all dry ingredients.  Add oiled potatoes, close bag, and shake until the potatoes are evenly coated.  Empty potatoes into shallow, lightly oiled baking or roasting pan.  Bake 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and goloden brown.  Garnish with chopped parsley.
