Shepperd's Pie

(quick and easy)

  • 8 white potatoes, peeled
  • 3 pounds chopped beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (17 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) carrots, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) peas, drained seasoned salt

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.  Boil potatoes until tender.  Cool. Mash very fine.  Place meat in large skillet on medium heat.  Season with salt and pepper.  Saute and stir until meat is cooked.  Place meat, corn, carrots and peas in 13x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.  Stir until blended. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.  Cover with potatoes.  Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes are brown.
