Chicken & Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

4 1/2 cups of cooked rice (1 1/2 c. uncooked)
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
1 1/2 cup of (8 oz.) cubed, cooked chicken
1 small can of cut green beans, drained
3/4 cup of milk
One 10 3/4 ounce can of ream of mushroom soup
One 2.8 ounce can of Durkee French fried onions

Directions

Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking pan with spoon. Press rice up sides and over bottom to form crust. Combine the chicken, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions - spoon into rice crust.
Bake covered at 350ºF. for 35-40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered five minutes longer.
