Baked Chicken Recipes #1 Ingredients: One 10 ounce bottle of soy sauce Directions Mix the soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, and mustard together. Blend well. Marinade the chicken wings in this mixture for at least 2 hours. Drain the wings, reserving the marinade. Preheat your oven to 350º. Place the wings in a baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with the marinade frequently. Discard any leftover marinade. Sprinkle with garlic powder and broil wings for 1 to 2 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the heat and serve. Serves 8 to 12 Baked Chicken Recipes #2 Ingredients
Season chicken wings with salt and black pepper. To marinate refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2 Heat oil in skillet until hot. Sauté garlic and onion until lightly yellow. Place in a shallow glass baking dish. Add the mushroom sauce, celery, cream and mix well. Add the chicken wings. Place the cheese on the top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees until done. Serves 4. |
