Fried Grits

Ingredients

6 servings Grits
    Cinnamon
    Nutmeg   
    Margarine 
  


 Directions


Prepare 6 servings of grits as package directs. Pour into 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight. Unmold, cut into 1/2 inch slices.

In small amount of margarine or drippings, fry grits over medium-high heat about 10 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite Syrup.

Serves 4 to 6.
