Shrimp-Filled Deviled Eggs |

Ingredients
Directions Cut peeled egg lengthwise int halves. Slip out yolks, mash with fork. Mix in sandwich spread, mustard, ot pepper sauce and salt. Stir in shrimp and gren onion. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Some people use a pastry bag to fill their eggs, I am old fashioned so a teaspoon will do just fine. Arrange on large plate. Use a little paprika for garnish if you wish. Cover and chill. Yields 4 servings |
