Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 13 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped gingerroot
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayeene
  • 3 pounds chicken wing drummettes
  • vegetarian cooking spray

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken wings and vegetables cooking spray in glass baking dish.  Add drummettes, turning to coat; cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally.  REmove from marinade.  Spray broiler pan with vegetables cooking spray.  Arrange wings on broiler pan.  Broil  5 to 6 inches from heat, abut 7 minutes on each side or until done, turning once.
