Fried Potatoes and Onions #1 - Soul Food Breakfast Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Medium Potatoes
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Peel potatoes and slice thin. Fry onions in oil in a covered skillet until clear. Add potatoes, cover and fry over medium heat until brown on one side (approximately 10 minutes). Flip potatoes carefully with a spatula and fry until brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
