6 Cup Beef-sliced (3 Pound
Arm/Chuck) 4 Tablespoon Sauce-Worchestershire 1/2 Cup
Catsup 5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice Salt & Pepper to
taste 2 Cup Celery Mushrooms 3 Cup Broth 3
Tablespoon Vinegar 2 Tablespoon Mustard-prepared 1 Cup
Brown Sugar (do not pack tight) 2 Medium Onions 3
Tablespoon Bacon Fat (may substitute margarine or
butter
Directions:
Cook meat until
tender. Place 3 cups of broth saute 2 medium onions,chopped
onions and 2 cups celery in about 3 tablespoons bacon fat (or
butter). Add onions and celery, mushrooms to broth and
cook. Meat-heat and serve on buns. All ingredients can be
placed in a crock pot, (meat uncooked, and use the broth for
water)
