| Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
One medium sized green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped

Direction:
Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard, and turmeric in a saucepan. Boil
the mixture for one minute. Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion
in a large mixing bowl. Pour hot mixture over slaw; stir well. Chill.
Makes about six servings. |
