Red wine Vinegar Slaw

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Whole Bay Leaf -- pulverized
3/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/2 Head Green Cabbage -- shredded
Red Cabbage -- for color
1/2 Each Carrot -- shredded
1/4 Cup Scallion -- finely chopped
1/2 Whole Apple -- grated
2 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped

Direction:

Mix Dressing ingredients together well.Combine Dressing with remaing ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to develop flavor.

Cook Notes: Use Caraway Seed or Celery Seed instead of Cumin Seed. Add 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds.
