Direction:
Trim, wash and prepare cabbage as directed . Reconstitte milk,
add the salad dressing, mustard, salt and sugar and mix well. Add
vinegar gradually and blend well. Combine finely shredded cabbage
, drained pineapple chunks or tidbits. Pour dressing over cabbage
and pineapple; toss lightly until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate
until read to serve.
Note: 12 lb. 8 oz of cabbage will yield 10 lb of finely
shredded cabbage. |
