Nana's Cole Slaw

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

2 cup Shredded or chopped cabbage (I used green)
1 Carrot, shredded
2 tablespoon Nonfat or lowfat mayo
1 teaspoon (heaping) honey mustard OR-
1 teaspoon Dijon -and-
1 teaspoon Honey, mixed
2 teaspoon Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Sesame seeds

Direction:


Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl, and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl - stir well - add to cabbage and carrot. I would have used a half tsp of celery seed if I had it, but I didn't. Feel free to experiment. I might also try it with a shredded tart apple added.
