1 Head very fresh crisp Cabbage
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
2 Pimietos
Dressing:
1 Part
2 Parts
3 Parts
Lots of salt -- to taste
LouAna oil -- or any oil
Apple vinegar
Sugar
Direction:
Chop the cabbage in wooden bowl. Chop other ingredients, add to
dressing, and toss cabbage in mixture thoroughly. Refrigerate 24
hours in uncovered dish. Make enough dressing to cover the salad.
