Risotto With Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2-cups Arborio rice
3-tbsp butter
3-cups chicken broth
1/2-cup chopped onion
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
10oz. can of mushrooms
1/2-cup dry white winet

Directions:

Sauté onion in 2 -tbsp butter, until brown Add rice and broth
When rice begins to boil, add salt and mushrooms Cover and simmer for 20 minutes Stir in cheese, butter and wineand serve


Makes About 4 Cups
