Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ham
  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 4 to 5 medium)
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA cut up
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Cook the potatoes in boiling water 18 minutes or until barely tender; drain. Place the potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.

Makes 6 servings
