Mexican Rice

Ingredients:

1 10 oz Can Condensed Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Salsa
2 C. Minute Rice

Directions:

Heat chicken broth, water and salsa in saucepan to a boil. Stir in the rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
