Scalloped Potatoes With Green Peppers

Combine flour, salt, and pepper; set aside. In greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/3 each of the potatoes, the flour mixture, green pepper, onions, and ham. Repeat layers twice. Add milk. Sprinkle all over with the Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
