Ingredients
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped celery 1 large onion (chopped) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup uncooked rice 1 pkg. onion soup mix Directions
Sauté sausage, bell pepper, onion, & celery until sausage is
almost done. Add soups & rice to sausage mixture. Place in
a casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1
hour. Water may be added if needed. and 2 teaspoons poppy seed).
Sprinkle over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. |
