Cold Horseradish Sauce A La Dresden

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup horseradish, freshly shredded
  •  cup heavy cream,  whipped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  •  teaspoon dill, finely chopped

 

Directons:

Mix all the ingredients and chill werll before serving.  SErve with smoked trout or whitefish.
