Quesadillas

 

Ingredients

  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 pound of Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
 
Directions:
 
Lay some of the tortillas on cookie sheets (sprayed with cooking fat) in one layer, not overlapping. Spread taco sauce on. Sprinkle onion, chili powder, garlic powder over. Sprinkle with grated cheese (fairly heavy). Top with another tortilla. Bake at 450ºF. until cheese melts. Cut in wedges with pizza cutter and serve with sour cream.
