Ingredients:
1 small potato (about 3 cups) 1 tsp. salt 1 cup potato water 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 small yeast cake 1 Tbsp. salad oil 3 cups of flour Directions:
Dissolve potato in water after cooking. Be sure no lumps remain. Add yeast, sugar, salt and oil. Mix well and add flour gradually. A little lukewarm water may be added. If necessary. Mix with a large spoon (wooden preferably) till dough is smooth and forms bubbles. Dough must be stiff enough not to adhere to side of the pan. Keep slightly warm and let stand for 1 hour to rise. Then stir and let rise again. After an hour, put in a greased pa n. Let rise till pan is full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After removing, grease top with margarine, and let cool. Related Products
