An Old Southern Favorite that's low in carbs, sodium and
fat.
7 sprigs of mint
1 tablespoon sweetwater
cruchjed ice
1/4 cup bourbon
Directions
Place 6 of the mint sprigs in a coktail glass. Add sweetwaer
and bruise the sprigs with a spoon until the sytup looks a little greenish
in color. fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon.
Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint. Makes 1 drink.
