Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
3/4 cup chopped peanuts, walnuts, or pecans
Directions:
In alarge mixing bowl beat peanut butter and butter with an electric
mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar,
granulated sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; beat will
combined.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla atill combined. Stir in the rolled
oats. Stir in the candy-coated milk chocolate pieces and nuts.
Drop dough by 1/4 cup measure or scoop about 4 inches apart onto an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15
minutes or till edges are lightly browned.
(If you want small cookies, drop dough by a rounded teaspoon about
2-inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
10 minutes.
Cool for 1 minutes on the cookie sheet. Transfer the cookie to
a wire rack and cool. Makes about 26 large or about 60 small
cookies.
