Yield: 12 muffins

2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2/3 Cup brown Sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 Cup Mini-chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 425 . Grease 12 muffin cups. Combine dry ingredients. Combine sugar, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Spoon into cups. Bake 18-20 minutes
