Ingredients:


1 cup sifted flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg - well beaten
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter  
1 cup  bran flakes (cereal) 


Cooking Directions:

Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder, salt and sugar, and sift again.

Combine egg and milk. Add flour, and stir.Add butter and  Bran Flakes. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling them 2/3 full.

Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 25 minutes.
