Ingredients

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
2 2/3 Cups Flour -- sifted
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
2 2/3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg -- well beaten
1 Cup Milk


Cooking Directions:

Sift flour once and measure. Combine berries with 1/3 cup flour. Sift remaining flour with baking powder and salt. Cream butter, add sugar gradually and cream well. Add egg. Add flour, alternately with milk, a small amount at a time. Beat well after each addition.

Fold in berries. Bake in greased muffin pans in hot oven (425 degrees) 25 minutes. Makes 18 medium sized muffins.
