Blueberry Cheese Danish Muffins 

 

 

Prep Time: 30 minutes

2     (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 
3     tablespoons sugar 
1     egg 
2     (7-oz.) pkg. Blueberry Muffin Mix 
1     cup milk 
     

1 .    Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line twelve 1 1/2-inch deep muffin cups with paper liners; Spray liners with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth. Add egg; beat well.
2 .    In medium bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Top each muffin with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
3 .    Bake at 375 degrees F. for 22-25 minutes or until cream cheese is set. Store in refrigerator.
