Spinach Dip

Directions: To defrost spinach, place packages in oven. Microwave at high 4 minutes, turning over after half the time. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Set aside. Place soup mix and water in small bowl. cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high 1 minute. Let stand, covred, until vegetables are rehydrated. Place cream cheese in large bowl. REduce power to 50% (medium). Microwave 1 minute to soften. Mix in rehydrated soup mix, drain spinach, sour cream and red pepper sauce. Serve with sour dough or French bread cubes, carrot sticks or crackers, if desired.
