Mini Pizzas (MICROWAVE)
*Snack crackers - any kind your prefer or party rye bread Sm. jar or can pizza sauce Pepperoni slices Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded Olives if desired Directions Top each cracker or slice of bread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Place in a circle on paper plate. Microwave on High 20 seconds. Turn 1/4 turn and cook 20 seconds more. *When I use crackers, I put the sauce on top of the pepperoni so the cracker doesn't get soggy. |
