Ingredients: 1 package (15 oz) corn bread mix 1 envelope ( 1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix 1 cup milk  eg 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Directions: Line eachof 6 custard cups or microwave muffins cups with 2 paper liners.  In medium bowl mix all inredients except cheese.  Fill cups half full, sprinkle each with abut 1 teaspoon cheese.  Arrange ring inoven. Microwave athigh  1/2 ro 2 minutes, or until tops spring back whentouches, rearrange aferhalf the time.  Remove cups to wire rack.  Moist spots will dry during cooling.  Repeat with the remaining muffins.
