  Ingredients:
  • 2 cups butermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup copped pecans

Directions:

In a medium topping by mixing brown sugar and /4 cup syrup in 9 inch rund cake dish.  Sprinkle with pecans.  Spoon batter over topping.  MIcrowave at 505 (medium) for 6 minutes; rotating after half the time.  INcrease power to high.

Microwave 2 to 5 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched and wooden pick insertedin the center comes out clean.  Invert onto serving plate.  Spread nuts evenly over the top before serving.
