Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1 1/2 c. soft bread
crumbs 1/2 c. water or milk 2 to 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan
cheese 3/4 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. onion salt
Directions
Set power select at high. Combine all ingredients and shape
into 1 1/2 inch meatballs (about 20). Arrange in oblong baking dish and
heat 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes, draining liquid and rearranging meat balls
once. Power select: High Approximately 8 minutes. Approximate yield: 4
servings. |
