Hot Vichyssoise

Ingredients: 2 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules 1 teaspoon dried chives 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon celery salt   Directions: Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole until smooth.  Microwave at high 4 to 6 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, stirring once or twice. Serves 4
