Hot Chipped Beef Dip

Ingredients: 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese  cup dairy sour cream  jar ( 2 1/2 oz) dreid beef, rinsed with hot water drained and snipped 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, optional   Directions: Place cream cheese in 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole or serving dish.  Microwave at 50% (medium) 1 to  1/2 minutes, or until softened.  Blend in sour cram, bef and red pepper. Microwave at 50% (medium) 3 to 5 minutes or until heated stirring after every 2 minutes.  Serve wotj crackers pr chips, if desired.   Variations:  Sprinkle dip with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. Makes 3Cups
