Asian - Style Halibut with Honey Ginger Sauce and Bean Sprouts

Directions: While rice is cooking, place halibut steak toward the outside of a microwave-safe plate. Mix together honey, teriyaki sauce and ginger in a 1-cup glass measuring cup; spoon evenly over salmon. Place bean sprouts and pea pods evenly around halibut, cover and microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes, or until fish is opaque and a dent is left when you press the center of the fillet with your finger. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Stir green onion into rice and serve with fish.. SERVINGS PER RECIPE: 1 |
