Ingredients:

  •      butter
  •      1 onion, chopped
  •      2 garlic cloves, sliced
  •      4 oz ham, cubed
  •      1 bell pepper, chopped
  •      1 tomato, chopped
  •      2 tablespoon fresh sage
  •      freshly ground pepper

McCormick Pork Rub 3.46 oz (98 g)

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet. Saute the onion, garlic, and ham. Add the bell pepper and tomato along with half of the sage. Cook for a few minutes. Add the rest of the sage and the pepper.
