Serves 10 to 14 

8 oz of crushed pineapple, drained.
2 medium eggs, beaten.
2 cups of cooked ham, ground.
¾ cup of flour.
½ cup of milk.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Vegetable oil.

Directions

In a bowl, combine the flour and the baking powder. Mix in the eggs; then gradually add the milk.
Stir in the ham and the crushed pineapple. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan; then spoon quarter-cupfuls of the mixture into the oil to brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
