  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 pork chopes 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • hot cooked rice with peas

McCormick Pork Rub 3.46 oz (98 g)

Directions

In skillet in hot oil, cook half the chops 10 minutes or until browned.  REmove; set aside.  Repeat with remaining chops.  Spoon off fat.

In skillet, combine soup and waer.  Heat to boiling.  REturn chops to skillet.  Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring often.  serve over rice.
