Cranberry Pot Roast

Ingredients:

One 3 to 4 pound boneless or loin pork roast
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of ground or finely chopped cranberries
1/4 cup of honey
1 teaspoon of freshly grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

Sprinkle the roast with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until the roast is tender. Slice and serve hot.
